Le Loup Blanc is located in the Minervois region of Languedoc, to the east, on a beautiful high-altitude terroir between Bize and Saint-Jean-de-Minervois.
And it's also us! Carine Farre, Benoît Enjalbal, Alain Rochard, and Jean-Philippe Maestre.
We love combining our skills and enthusiasm to bring life to an estate that respects nature and the environment.

Near Minerve, in a wild area bordered by limestone cliffs, Loup Blanc has 16 hectares of vines, some of which were planted in the 1950s.

Tradition & Excellence
Our estate upholds a tradition of producing wines of excellence, combining traditional know-how with innovative techniques.
It is a unique vineyard, with vines spread among pine trees and garrigue on a limestone terroir, between 160 and 250 meters in altitude, within the Minervois Languedoc appellation.
With a balance of sunlight and cool nights, our geographical location allows us to produce wines of great complexity.
Respect for Nature
We preserve the natural balance of our vines by adopting certified organic and biodynamic farming practices, ensuring pure, precise, and authentic wines.
Respect for life is a fundamental choice that guides our practices: gentle pruning, de-budding, trellising, sowing, and entirely manual harvesting.
Our soils of red clay, limestone, rolled pebbles, and sandstone impart their unique characteristics into our various cuvées.
Tasting
Dive into an unforgettable sensory experience by exploring our different cuvées during private tastings at the heart of our picturesque estate.
The traditional vinifications are done without additives and using native yeasts, resulting in vibrant, handcrafted wines.
Our whites, made from Grenache, Terret, Maccabeu, and Carignan, reveal great minerality and freshness.
Our reds, primarily based on Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Syrah, but also from Alicante, offer a range of fruity wines perfect for sharing on platters, as well as Mediterranean meals and aging, —always with a fresh and balanced profile!

Discover our two comfortable accommodations (for 2 to 4 guests), nestled above the winery in the main building of the estate. These recently built gîtes combine contemporary charm and simplicity, while offering breathtaking views of the wild Minervois hills and the organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards, in harmony with the soil and local biodiversity.
During your stay, soak up the peaceful atmosphere, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, and immerse yourself in the authentic spirit of the estate.
